Delete your account
Deleting your Stevens account takes effect immediately: your account is deactivated, connected sources (like Gmail) are disconnected and their access tokens revoked, scheduled reminders stop, and all use of your data by the service ends. Details are in our Privacy Policy, Section 8.
In the app
- Open Stevens and go to the Control Centre.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. That's it — the deletion runs immediately.
Without the app
Email contact@shovel.company with the subject "Delete my Stevens account" from your registered contact, and include the mobile number you signed up with. We verify it's you, then run the same deletion, and confirm back to you.
Deleting your account also withdraws every consent you gave — connected sources, household sharing, everything. If you only want Stevens to stop reading a source, you can disconnect just that source in the app under Manage connections instead.
